“Feminism is the radical notion that women are people”

I chose feminism as a social justice issue for my poster designs project. For this project, I wanted to search for my own definition of feminism. After further research, I decided on a quote that fits my own belief in feminism. The quote “feminism is the radical notion that women are people” comes from Marie Shear, who is a famous satirical writer and a renowned feminist. For display, I put up two posters next to the Planned Parenthood building because I always see a lot of anti-abortion people protesting in front of the building. Therefore, I want my posters to show that females have just as many rights as males do and that we can make our own decisions.
